Custom Steel Fabrication

These platforms were design by our in house design team, to meet the costumers food grade sanitary standards, minimal surfaces for standing water during wash down processes, no seams or crevices for water to wick into.   

These Brace Saddles were mass fabricated in house in for the inventor of the product.

RTC can fulfill you excavator bucket needs, form repairs and modifications to new fabrication. 

These staircases were fabricated and in stalled by RTC for the city of Waterford to access a new river side walking trail. The staircases are 5' wide and had a vertical height of 80'. The concrete peer footings that support the staircase were drilled in poured in house by way of a custom designed and built drill rig, also in house, that could be located by crane and fasted to the steep hillside. 

Custom fabricated guardrails and handrail, stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum whatever material and finish to suit your needs and aesthetics. 

Mild Steel solar arrays were custom fabricated in our shop and field assembled.We board the required  36" diameter peer footing 15' deep, set the re-bar cages and anchor rods, placed and finish the concrete and then erected the arrays.

These tanks were designed and fabricated for the wine industry to reclaim wine form their bottling lines. skid mounted system makes them easy to move around and locate as needed. all welds are round and polished to meet the highest of standards
